It all starts with a call! Schedule a complimentary consultation at 307-274-3409. We’ll talk about what you need, answer your questions, and determine how Summerset can best support you.Together we’ll tailor make a plan that is best suited to your needs. Every client and situation is different so your services are customized to what will be most helpful to you.Next, we’ll meet in person. This way it gives you you peace of mind on who is coming in to your home and gives us a chance to make sure we’re on the same page with a plan that fits your needs.Once we’ve agreed on the plan, we’ll fill out the paperwork, schedule your first session and get you set up in our system with a pay link. All invoices are due in full, upon receipt and must be received before any scheduled services are delivered.

Absolutely! With our household managment and errand services you can choose from once or twice a week visits and they can be mixed and matched based on what you need. We’ll create a plan that allows you to use your time where it will make the biggest difference.Pet/house sitting, decluttering and move coordination services are stand alone services and are billed in addition to household management and errands services. If you need a combination of services, we’ll discuss everything during your consultation and clearly outline your plan and pricing before getting started.

Every client’s needs are different and we’ll work with you to determine if it’s a service Summerset can help with.If we’re no the right fit, we’ll be honest about that, and when possible, help point you in the right direction.

There is a minimum charge of 2 hours at the applicable rate.

We’ll always do our best to accommodate late minute requests when our schedule allows. However, we recommend booking as far in advance as possible (especially pet/house sitting, dates fill quickly!) so we can be sure to save the day and time that work best for you. If you have a last minute need, don’t hesitate to reach out - we’ll see if we can work it out for you.

A Summerset subscription is designed for those who need or would simply like ongoing support with the everyday details of life. Memberships include personal assistant, household managment, and errand services with the options of 10 or 20 hours per month.All visits are a minimum of 2 hours, and your hours can be used throughout the month in whatever way best fits you and your needs.

For packages, hours are non-refundable once purchased. That’s why we meet in person before beginning a project—to make sure we have a clear understanding of what you need and that the scope of the project is a good fit.If you consistently find that you’re not using all of your membership hours, we’ll revisit your needs together and determine whether a smaller membership would be a better fit.Our goal is to make sure your services continue to fit your needs and that you’re getting the best value from your investment.

Every client’s needs are different, so we prefer to start with a conversation about what you need and how we can best help. From there, we’ll recommend the service or subscription that makes the most sense for you to provide consistent support and the best value.

To help us manage our schedule and continue providing reliable service to all of our clients, we ask that cancellations be made by phone call, voicemail, or text at least 24 business hours before your scheduled visit. Cancellations made with less than 24 business hours’ notice will be charged for the scheduled hours. We understand that sometimes the unexpected happens and we will do our best to work with you in those situations.Subscriptions require written cancellation notice in writing 30 days before the desired end-of-service date, once the initial 90-day commitment has been completed.If you’re unsure about your cancellation date or have questions about your subscription, we’re happy to help clarify.

Mileage within Cheyenne city limits is included with your service. If a service requires us to travel outside city limits, mileage will be charged at the current Federal rate and added to your next month’s invoice. We’ll always discuss any additional mileage with you ahead of time so there are no surprises.

Subscriptions are billed on the 1st of each month and are due upon receipt.Service packages are billed when your project is scheduled and are also due upon receipt.We keep billing simple and straightforward so you always know what to expect.

We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. We keep payment simple and convenient so you can focus on what matters most.

Yes. Summerset Concierge is fully insured, so you can feel confident knowing your home, belongings, and services are entrusted to a professional who takes that responsibility seriously.

Absolutely. Consistency is an important part of the Summerset experience. We take the time to understand your needs and personality so we can create the right match. You’ll have the same personal concierge each time, allowing you to build a relationship with someone you know and trust.

Absolutely. Your privacy and trust are important to us. We keep your personal information confidential and only share information when it is necessary to provide your services. Your information is never sold or shared for any other purpose.

We would be able to better assist you after our initial phone call to find out your needs. In most cases, as long as your loved one lives in the Cheyenne area, we are good to go!

Currently, Summerset Concierge serves Cheyenne and select areas of Laramie County. If you’re outside our usual service area, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to discuss your needs and see if we can accommodate you.

Summerset Concierge does not provide hands-on personal care or Activities of Daily Living (ADL) services, including bathing, toileting, dressing, feeding, transferring, assisted walking, or medication reminders.Our role is focused on concierge support, household management, errands, companionship, and helping clients stay organized and independent in their day-to-day lives. If hands-on care is needed, we’re happy to recommend trusted local providers who specialize in those services.
